Getting Started

    Create Your Shop

    Sign up for a seller account, choose your shop name, and upload your logo and banner. Takes under 5 minutes.

    List Your Products

    Add products with photos, descriptions, price, and stock. Use our bulk upload tool for large catalogues.

  3. 3

    Receive Orders

    Get instant SMS/email notifications for new orders. Confirm and prepare shipment within 24 hours.

  4. 4

    Ship & Track

    Use our partner couriers (Sendy, Fargo, G4S) or your own. Update tracking info in your seller dashboard.

  5. 5

    Get Paid

    Once the buyer confirms delivery, funds are released to your M-Pesa or bank account within 24 hours.

How much does it cost to open a shop?+

Opening a shop is free. ShopSwift charges a small commission per sale. Premium plans unlock extra features.

Can I sell nationwide?+

Yes. You can ship across Kenya and to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.

How do I handle returns?+

Buyers request returns via their account. You will be notified and have 48 hours to accept or dispute.

When do I receive payment?+

Payments are released within 24 hours of the buyer confirming delivery.
