How do I pay for an order?+
ShopSwift supports M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard, and ShopSwift Wallet. All payments are secured via escrow.
When will my order arrive?+
Delivery times vary by seller location. Most Nairobi orders arrive within 1-3 days; upcountry within 3-7 days.
Can I cancel an order?+
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing an order if the seller has not yet confirmed shipment.
How does escrow work?+
Your payment is held safely by ShopSwift and only released to the seller after you confirm delivery.
How do I contact a seller?+
Go to the product page and click Message Seller. All chats are saved in your account inbox.
What if I have a dispute?+
Open a dispute from your order page. Our team mediates within 48 hours and protects both buyer and seller.
