Product names, descriptions, images, prices, stock levels, warranty terms, and seller claims are provided by sellers. ShopSwift reviews and moderates listings, but sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and quality of their listings.

Information on ShopSwift is for general marketplace and shopping purposes only. It should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.
4. Third-Party Services
Payments, mobile money, card processing, delivery, messaging, analytics, advertising, and other integrations may be provided by third parties. ShopSwift is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
5. Prices, Availability, and Promotions
Prices, discounts, stock, shipping fees, and promotions may change. ShopSwift may correct obvious listing errors, cancel fraudulent orders, remove invalid promotions, and enforce buyer protection policies where necessary.

Some listings, campaign placements, creator promotions, or search positions may be sponsored. Sponsored content should still comply with ShopSwift listing standards, advertising rules, and consumer protection requirements.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ShopSwift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from seller actions, buyer actions, third-party services, delivery delays, product misuse, or unavailable platform features.
